Tami's Story
Life
After living in Reno for 21 years, decided to make a big move and move to Georgia and Now Spring Hill, TN (just south of Nashville).. Georgia was a Big culture shock!!)We moved to the south 4 years ago (So hard to believe).. I love TN.. . Nashville is awesome... There is always so much to do. The scenery is awesome, etc.. I do miss Tahoe so very much, and it will always be my home.
My children are growing, it is hard to beleive. .. Larissa just turned 19 Lacey is 15 and Mikey just turned 13 years old... My oldest graduated high school in May.. Class of 07'. She is working two full time jobs at the moment. I'm very proud of her!! She has taken a year off from school and is planning on going back this fall to become a Vet Tech and maybe further.. She wants to take one step at a time... She loves animals...
So one just out of high school, and my middle child willbe a Sophmore this fall She is very active in school.. ROTC, Color Guard, and is now a Cheerleader for Spring Hill...Expand for more
High.. She also works part time at Mcdonalds...Just wish I could freeze time right now.. My son is also very active in school, he loves the outdooors, baseball, etc.. he is trying hard to get his Eagle Scout.. He and a couple boys have a goal, to get it with in the next couple years... he is 1/2 way there.
I believe it was a good choice moving here, not only for my kids.. I just see how happy they are here and don't want to change that. I don't want to end up living 2500 miles from them... The sacrafices we make for our kids, but seeing them happy is the icing on the cake...
I had been with the same company for almost 12 years, but recently just changed companies a couple months ago..seems weird, but it was an excellant choice..I am much happier... I play taxi service to my kids between baseball, softball, boyscouts, school activities, etc.. but it's all worth it.. Can you tell my kids are my life...
