Tami's Story
Workplace
I teach legal writing & advocacy at USC Law School, and I also do legal research and writing as a contract attorney, mostly from home. Over the past few years I have also worked on a few DVD projects with Judd Apatow, the writer/director of the movie "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and the upcoming movie "Knocked Up," among other things. I first worked on the box set for the TV show "Freaks & Geeks," then I was the assistant producer of the box set for the show "Und...Expand for more
eclared," and now I'm working on a CD/DVD box set featuring the music of folk singer Loudon Wainwright, whose music will also be featured in the movie "Knocked Up" this summer.
Before I got into the DVD work, I also did some music supervision for film, which involves choosing and licensing the songs that are used in a movie. I worked on two short films and a feature film before I made the transition into DVD production, which is still something I do in my "spare time."
