I then joined the US Army in November 1995 and became a professional Spanish Linguist in August 1996. Subsequently, I was stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC (after more training) in March 1997. It was here where I met my husband (a helicopter pilot) and we were married on June 12, 1999. I separated from the Army in Nov 1999 and became a Loan Officer. That company was jerking me around with my manager training, so I took a step sideways and worked for a different bank in the loan department. I ended my relationship with all banking and went back to school (Indiana University) and obtained my Elementary education certification, as well as my English as a Second Language Certification and started teaching summer school in June 2007.
