Life
Well, I guess I have not changed too much since high school. Now living in Modesto, still haven't found Mr. Right. although I was supposed to get married in October of 2000. I decided to leave a few months before the wedding becase it just didn't feel right and I didn't want to have to go through a divorce just a few years down the road. Somethings that have changed since high school is that I am no longer able to drive and I have been on disability for the last three years. I have a disease in my eyes called Diabetic Retinopathy. Which is the detachment of my retinas causing me to go blind. It started about 2-3 years ago and I am already legally blind in both eyes. I still don't have any children although ...Expand for more
I would love to have some one day or atleast adopt. I've been traveling some for the last couple of years. I went to London for about a week a few years ago, this last December(2004) I went on a cruise to the Yucatan. Our ship saliled out of New Orleans. And this Ocober (2005) I am gng on a four day Murder Mystery cruise on Halloween weekend.
After I have colpleted all my training like braile, cane training, and computer training, I plan to go back to school to be a Special Education teacher. I was amazed to find out that I can be blind but, still be able to what I want to when it comes to my career.
