has mild stroke since last Oct 11, 2010. I've to lose weight by Dr's orders Cuz of High Blood Pressure since last Feb 8th, 2010 which it comes from my family medical history. I do manage limited food to eat which I watch out what I eat and do walking and houseworks as exercises everyday.
