Tammy's Story
Life
I am happily married to Timothy Bryant, and have two beautiful children: Teagan, age 13 and Drew, age 111. A girl and a boy. What could be better?! My husband is the Youth Director and Assistant Pastor at our church. I play the piano, and am also the Deaf Interpreter. I am a stay-at-home Mom (thank the Lord!), and watch 3 4 year-old boys in my home for "ME Money".
My daughter is brilliant (she takes after me :))! She is the top student in her class, and has been for 4 years. She is now in 8th grade (I can't believe it!). She plays the piano also, and sings with me. I am teaching her sign as I have the time.
My son is............a boy. I was NOT prepared to have one after being an only child!! There should be a law somewhere!! He is VERY active! He does what he has to to get out of school and play sports. We are happy that he has passed every year! :) He is, though, very like my husband and loves everybody. Whereas, my daughter is just like me (love her heart) and can sometimes UNINTENTIONALLY be a snot!!
My husband is wonderful, and more than I deserve! That is God's honest truth! He is very thoughtful (which I struggle with) and caring (I think I have th...Expand for more
at one down). He is the youngest of (yes, I am not lying) 12 children. Eight boys and four girls.
My Mother-in-Law lives with us (she is 75), and I love it! She is very sweet, and grateful for every little thing that you do for her. She is a big help to us, in that she takes care of the kids when we have youth trips, etc. I love her to death!
And then there is me--stuck in the middle of all of this. I am not exactly sure what I did to deserve all of this, but I thank God for it! I am cancer-free, and have been for 10 years! That was an experience!! Not as bad as it sounds! I love my family, my church (AWESOME church), and my flowers. I have a beautiful yard! Whenever I get stressed, or forget all that God has done--I work in my flowers.
My husband and I love to hike, and living in the mountains, there is plenty of opportunity. We hiked Mount LeConte last a few years ago for my birthday. (I wasn't real sure how to take that) I loved it! Last year was much better!! We spent 9 days in Budapest, Hungary and Vienna , Austria. With a stop-over in Bratislava, Slovakia. (I know--I had never heard of it either, but it is a neat little town) I can't wait for next year!!
