Tani's Story
Life
I moved to Tarpon Springs, Florida in December of 1986. The town is rich in history, and very beautiful and quaint. We are close to Tampa/St. Petersburg and are close to many things. There are several cultural theatres in the area, multitudes of shopping opportunities, beaches galore, just a great place to be!
School
Being an Army Brat, I went to several schools. Grade school was attended in Hawaii, Florida, and Alabama. Junior high school in Alabama (Jacksonville High School) grades 6-9. Then we moved to Kansas - High School (Leavenworth High School) 10-12. I did not attend c...Expand for more
ollege, but went to work right out of High School. I worked at a local establishment in Leavenworth called Mr. Sub & Pizza Pub. I recently heard that they are no longer in business.
Workplace
I recently was "downsized" by my most recent employer. I am persuing a new opportunity to be self-employed! A big step for me! I will be a referring travel agent and have my own web site. I look forward to meeting new people, and being able to travel to incredible places!
I saw on the message board that Jeff Smith is planning a 25 year reunion! I hope to attend! That would be just wonderful!
