Tanya's Story
Update: Husband has Lewy Body Dementia... LBD has a pretty short prognosis, hard times ahead.
Just turned 52 on April 10th. Where did the time go?
The Lord finally did something with my life. I've been married for 17 years... we have 8 beautiful children at home and I have two more daughters ages 28 & 34. In 1999, I received a degree in Criminal Justice - graduating with high honors. I worked at Boeing for a short while in the Service Bulletin Group in my 30's and then at the FAA. Matthew and I met while doing homeless ministry together, we got married in 2005 and had 1-2 children a year until recently.
Now, I'm happily "retired' on our farm with 30 acres, lots of kids, some chickens, a few sheep and wonderful ne...Expand for more
ighbors to visit in our small community in Missouri. I enjoy bike riding and, walking, visiting with neighbors as we live on the edge of a small town. Life has never been better!
I don't miss the "good ole days" much... except the summer of 87", though I'll always miss my old friends, that's why I'm here. We were so real with each other back then... you don't get that today or at this age.
