Tara's Story
Is anyone else in shock that it has been TWENTY YEARS since we graduated from high school? How did that happen? I don't FEEL old!!
I moved to Florida a couple of years after graduation and lived there until November 2006. While in Florida, I went through some significant life changes: I got married, I got divorced and went through the death of my mom from lung cancer.
After my mom's death, I decided I wanted to live closer to my dad, so I am now back in North Carolina.
My boyfriend of 6 years, Nick, and I live in Clemmons with our menagerie of pets. We are both active in all things fitness-related. We enjoy running, cycling, teaching fitness classes, doting on our dogs, being with family, etc.

Consultant, both independently and full-time for a law firm in Jacksonville, FL. I have been working with the same Florida firm since 2001. I work remotely most of the time, and travel to Florida once every 6 weeks or so. I love my job!
For fun, I teach group exercise classes (spinning, bootcamp, core conditioning, BodyPump-style classes, etc.) at a couple of gyms here. It is a lot of fun, and I love to inspire and motivate people to live healthy, active lives. I love my full-time gig, but teaching is definitely very rewarding.
That is it in a nutshell - pretty boring stuff!
