Ted's Story
Life
After school, I decided to follow my instinct and I slipped and fell into to the media and began a career in Radio. I was hired by Clear Channel at 19. I had a blast on the air as "Peeperz" and later "Guido" on WLDI - from skydiving to becoming a human taco, I did it all. The most life changing event was driving Teddy Bears to New York days after the Sept. 11th attacks. Bob Stevens & "The Enquirer". I also had a blast working with the 2002 Palm Beach Film Festival as their Media Director. I then spent a few years as a Night Jock (Ted Kelly) on a 200,000 Watt station in Eastern North Carolina before getting homesick and returning to Florida. But not before meeting my beautiful wife Jackie. We wed in 2004 on Singer Island. I then returned to radio with CBS at the station I grew up with, WPBZ 103.1 "The Buzz". I have left the Buzz in persuit of a talk radio career.
