Teresa's Story
Upon graduating high school, I attended Rio Hondo and transferred to Cal State Los Angeles. I received a BA in cultural anthropology with a minor in sociology. I worked for the county at the woman’s prison in Los Angeles & discovered I didn’t like this work. I then attended UCLA where I studied for a degree in education & got my teaching credential.

sychologist. I ended up working with “at risk” youth & I loved this position immensely. I stayed in this position until I retired in 2018. Because of my long summer vacations I was able to travel extensively to many places around the world. I continue to work at my friends medical clinic part time & on my own time which allows me to still travel.
I did not have my own children but I helped my friend raise her son & he calls me mom also. I’ve been very blessed with my life with the normal up & downs that we all go through. I’m happy to be on this site & would definitely like to hear from anyone who remembers me & I would like to hear your story.
