Teresa's Story
I always wanted to be a scientist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right because I am a scientist.
I always feel better when I shop. It helps me to relax and forget about my troubles.
Can't say I ever did anything "wild" in school.
I lived in San Diego for my first two years of college. I then transferred to college in North Carolina where I got my BS in Biology. From there I moved to Marietta, GA and worked for 1 1/2 years at a Biopharmaceutical company. I left there to go to The University of Georgia in Athens for graduate schools to receive my MS degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. This has been my home since then.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Veronica Oceguera, because we go way back to Clarence Ruth Elementary.

My biggest surprise has been my family. I would have never dreamed I could be so blessed. Also, I didn't know I would be a business owner.
My kids have taught me to cherish every moment of life and never take things for granted.
I would love to see Mr. Klepper. He was actually my 6th grade teacher. He saw me for my potential and knew my capabilities.
If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to cancer research, then spend the rest on my mother, investments and my family.
My current age is 32. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be almost retired. I was so completely wrong.
If I had one do-over, I wouldn't be shy in grade and high school.
My first job was at LOVARC, where I got paid $4.25/hr to do office work. What I remember most about it is the people.
My most memorable childhood memory is playing dolls with my sister Michele.
