Teri's Story
Hey there! Here's my not-so-short story! After high school I married my high school sweetheart and moved to KCMO. That lasted not quite three years before I divorced. I stayed in KC for 3 1/2 more years where I met my current husband. After marrying (almost 22 years ago!), we moved back to MI and live within walking distance of my church, Immanuel Lutheran. We have one son who is the center of our universe! He also attended Immanuel and started high school at LHN this year! It was so strange to walk those halls again after so many years! My son couldn't get over the fact that Mr. Gierach was MY history teacher oh soooooo many years ago and figured he had to be older than dirt! th. And don't think any of you escaped his laughter and jokes!
I've been working for EDS, an HP Company, for over 20 years and have loved all but the last year of it. We were purchased by HP last year and it has been a bumpy ride, but, being the forever optimist, I know better days are ahead!
We have two dogs, a Bichon Frise that is a fiercer hunter than her sister who is an Otterhound mix. They make an odd pair but would be lost without each other.
In closing I'd like to say that the most important things to me in my life are my faith, my family and my friends. Life is too short to worry about the troubles of today so I willingly hand everything over to God and try to enjoy every minute of this ride called life!
