Terrence's Story
Life
Attended St. Joseph grade school in Cold Spring, KY (1952-60)
Attended St. Xavier High in Cincinnati, OH (1960-64)
Attended Xavier U (1964-68) and University of Kentucky graduate school (1968-73).
BS, MS, and PhD in chemistry.
Worked for The Upjohn Company, Pharmacia, and Pfizer using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)spectroscopy to determine the 3D molecular structure of drugs and drug-target complexes. This was the basis of structure-based drug design.
Until Pfizer cleaned house in Kalamazoo this was a terrific and satisfying job!

d to a wonderful lady named Carol. Have two great sons (Terry and Chris) who have made me so proud to be their father.
I am a political moderate (lean left of center slightly), collect old children's books, have read LOTR 29 times, and have two Ragdoll cats (Rascal & Riley) that keep us company at all times (like a little doggies).
Current hobbies are Mtn Bike riding on the Kal-Haven trail in Kazoo, reading, and computer-related projects including plans to assemble a multi-cpu linux beowulf cluster for the fun of it and for speed.
