Terri's Story
Life
I still live in Fort Pierce and teach Computer Science at Indian River State College.
School
I moved to Fort Pierce in the middle of the 9th grade, so Fort Pierce Central was the only school I attended in Florida. If I would have stayed in Ohio, I would have graduated from Northland (in Columbus) so I feel a connection to their class of 79.
College
I started attending Indian River Community College right after high school in the Fall of 1979. I quit after a year and didn't end up gr...Expand for more
aduating until 92. After a few years I found a Bachelor's program I could do in Fort Pierce and received my BA from Warner Southern College in 97. I got my MBA online from Florida Gulf Coast University (with a concentration in Computer Information Systems) in 2001. Now I'm back where I started - except as faculty instead of as a student at Indian River State College.
Workplace
I am currently a professor at Indian River State College teaching for the Computer Science Department and love it!!
