Terri's Story
I was a "drammie" at MHS and continued my flavor for acting after high school. In Vineland at the Cumberland Players, I appeared in Man of La Mancha, and did sound for Close Ties. I also played Maria in scenes from A Twelve Night at the Renaissance Fair. After moving to Lakeland, FL in 2001, I joined the Pied Pipers and had roles in Oklahoma and Fiddler on the Roof. Then I joined the Lakeland Choral Society and sang with them for a season. Now I sing at my church, Lake Gibson Church of the Nazarene. I sing in the choir, small ensembles, and special solos.
I got a bachelor's in special education from Rowan University and after teaching at Johnstone Elementary in Vineland, NJ for 3 1/2 years, I took a job at Griffin Elementary in Lakeland, FL teaching kids with severe emotional handicaps. After 2 years of that I became the technology resource teacher. I take care of the schools's network, website, and technology training for students and teachers. I am also the producer of our daily show: S.E.N. News. We are an award winning news team in the Polk County School district.

rry Middle School. I have a beautiful studio suite and state of the art digital equipment to use to teach students in grades 6,7, and 8.
I am married and have 3 children: daughter Andrea, 28, lives in NJ, son Nick, 21, and son Chris, 19. My husband David and I have been married for 22 years. David is an auto mechanic after having gone through several years of unemployment. We have 3 beautiful grandchildren: Gabrielle and Desiree, 8 year old twins, and Anthony, 4 years old.
My favorite way to relax is laying on the beach or by the pool. I love reading a good mystery by Mary Higgins Clark, or Mary Jane Clark.
One thing I have learned from being a parent is to listen to my kids. They are all sensitive and interesting individuals.
My best friend would tell you I'm sensitive and a little silly, but people who don't know me very well may be intimidated by me due to my height if 5'11"!
In 10 years, I hope to be retired! I am looking forward to spending time in the garden and volunteering with my church.
My oldest friend is Jeff Riddle. We just clicked because of similar family issues we were dealing with. He taught me how to play tennis, although I was horrible at it! I would love to connect with him again!
