Bo's Story
Life
Since 1964: Joined army, married Julie Mann, served with 3rd Infantry Division, attended Shoreline Comm. College & Seattle U, worked as many things, especially sales and purchasing, 3 kids all boys, Dylan Fraser 1971, Travis William 1974 and Daniel Leighton 1980. Four grandchildren, Isabella (1999)Leighton Gregory (2001) Israel (2002) Presley Elizabeth (2004). Healthy, happy. Three ex-wives. Have been a professional boxer, actor, song and dance man, fight gym proprietor, and fight manager. Not rich, but I would do it all again. Got smart, said toheckwithitall, moved to Mexico in 2003. Now back (for now, anyway) playing country music with The Bo Daddy Band in the greater Seattle area. Come out and dance! What I really am is a pirate. If you get that, you get me. okay...time for yet another update. Left Seattle in '05 and am living the high desert life in Santa Fe, New Mexico. If you are ever down this way, drop me line. By the way, I may be on the set...I am in a movie playing a boxing trainer!
School
My biggest crush was probably Sandi Dahl. My favorite teacher was HB Rideout, but the teacher who inspired me most was Warren Littlejohn. Why would I do it all over again? I am 59 years old!!!
College
Spent most of my college days getting drunk, getting high, and taking easy classes like drama.
Military
Joined US Army in November 1964. Discharged 1967. Served in 3rd Infantry Division. Member of 3rd Infantry Division boxing team. 1965-1966 Division champ, Bavarian Champ, 7th Army Champ, USAUREUR finalist. Last 5 months spent at Ft. Benning Georgia. 197th Infantry Brigade.
