Terry's Story
Life
After graduating from UTA in 1980 with a BBA-Finance, I worked in the banking industry as a commercial lending officer for several years. In 1989, I left the banking industry to pursue other opportunities and for the following 12 years I worked as a business development manager for several commercial printing firms in the Dallas area. In 2004, I had the opporutnity to join a local medical real estate development company as an Acquisition Manager. I also spent some time as Director of Finance arranging debt for office building acquisitions and new developments.

and working in Atlanta, GA and returned to the Dallas FDIC office in late October. I moved into Subsidiary management in late 2011 to manage multiple entities acquired as a result of bank failures. As a senior subsidiary manager, I also participate as subsidiary team lead in Financial institution closings.
I also broker high performance aircraft such as the Piper Malibu, Mirage, Meridian, Piper Jet-Prop, Pilatus PC-12 and Corporate Jet aircraft on the side. I still fly when I am able and teach part-time at Grand Prairie airport. My wife and I enjoy vacationing in Mexico or the Caribbean annually.
Married Peggy in 1980. We have one son, Jeremy and we live in Ovilla.
