I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right. My favorite way to relax is sewing. I really love creating beautiful garments. I also craft dolls, first for my kids, and now for my grandchildren. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have fun, variety, and challenges to be able to deal with the day-to-day. I moved from southern California to the mountains outside Yosemite when my kids were adolescents. Later, I moved down the hill into Fresno, CA, where I currently live. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the living room and add on a outside deck. My dream home would be almost exactly what I've got. My children are my greatest accomplishments.
