Terry's Story
Life
(09/2004) - I have been doing volunteer work with the American Red Cross. I have been working down in the W.P.B area of Florida providing medical support in a shelter that houses 380+ people. With more hurricanes expected, it definitely is the chance of a lifetime!
College
(03/2004) - Graduated from Whatcom Community College for the second time, though Bellingham isn't exactly a 'tech capitial'. I'm enjoying my work as an EMT, which has nothing...Expand for more
to do with my degrees. Who knows, I may go back and get my LPN and then work towards Physician Assistant.
Workplace
(01/2004) - I'm working as an EMT for Cascade Ambulance Service based in Ferndale. Cascade services both Whatcom and Skagit counties - Everything from the Canadian border to Mount Vernon. Our EMS levy didn't pass this year, so our contract may be expanded to include the county. Many of my fellow EMTs are interested to see what happens.
