From 1981-1990 worked in the telecommunications industry in telemarketing, sales, outside sales, sales management and general management. Through the sales process - of mobile communications equipment and services - interviewed and consulted over two thousand business owners and executives about their personal and organizational education, communication, technological efficiency and time management.
Since 1988 - designed, developed, implemented and measured systems for organizational operations in the areas of: corporation and partnership education; information management; regulatory compliance; environmental health, safety and insurance programs; and more . . .
Since 1995 have been involved in organizational education and development for Indigenous Peoples by initiating and coordinating information exchanges with United States and United Nations Programs and Operations, toward the objective of equalizing human rights through clear communication and cooperation.
