Love to play tour guide! 1st year McGill U. eventful (Fall's FLQ shenanigans: martial law, soldiers stationed on dorm's street corner) & Winter's big snowstorm same weekend city workers went on strike. Dad died '73, Mom '75 (cousin tricked her into signing over my inheritance, trolls take her). Work: due to regrettably powerful language nazi presence here, many companies, departments moved out of province, so plenty of temp jobs (thank the gods for high-school typing course & late 70's accounting & computer classes in McGill's ContEd Mgmt Certif program!).
