Life
Married since 1969 - seven children - 3 married. 14 1/2 Grandchildren. 4 1/2 years USAF - Graduated Brigham Young University - Major Project Management with Minors in Business and Science.
Senior Project Management in National home building firms. Currently own and operate a Home Remodeling company in Utah. Hobbies - Camping, Kayaking, Cycling, Sailing. Scuba Instructor for 10 years in Hawaii, 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kung Fu. Affiliated with Boy Scouts of America in various capacities since 1972. Built our home in MA ourselves along with planting an orchard, gardens and building a greenhouse. All of the of the seven children are on their own, with the last two out of High School in 2003. We had 2 girls Stephanie and Tanya and 5 boys Shane, Chris, Johnathan, Andrew and Mike. The 2 older boys have served missions for our church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, "the Mormons" in Sao Paulo Brazil, South America. n each. Jonathan and Andrew are in the Marine Corp. Jonathan is returning from his 2nd tour in Iraq and Andrew returned from Iraq,is married and living in Oregon. Mike works construction and is a welder and machine operator. We have sold our home in MA and headed for Utah 3/30/09. Started my own Remodeling Company after securing a Utah Construction License. Tough economy to start a business but holding my own. We love it out here but do miss the ocean and friends of 30 years. Finally finished all the projects on the new house, all except my own (a workshop/office). May have to wait on that in this economy. Number 15 grandchild is on the way.
Update May 2019. Managing a Residential Construction Company for the past 2 years. We build about 15 plus high end homes a year. Also in the process of building a family cabin up on a lake at 9000'. Snow has melted and we are headed back down this weekend. Grand kids are growing fast and are spreading out everywhere as they graduate High School.
