Thomas's Story
Life
Let's see after graduating high school. I tried the military route but being a military brat and joining the military are different things. After doing my time in the military, I decided to try the college thing. I went to three different colleges before I decided to settle down and get an education. First I got my BS in Healthcare Administration and then went back to school and got BS in Nursing. After passing boards I moved to Seattle, WA. Stayed there for a few years and enjoyed the nasty, wet weather and decided to move away. at moved to Austin, TX and worked in emergency trauma. Traveled and lived all over Texas. Returned to Missouri in 2003 (after the death of my father) and currently finishing up a Masters degree in Nursing (Emergency Nurse Practitioner). Will be returning to Texas next year (2007) for residency in Emergency Trauma.

Workplace
-Charge Nurse at Kansas Univeristy Medical Center in the Post Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit and work PRN in the Trauma Burn ICU.
