Thomas's Story
I graduated Lamar in 1953 and have seen very few of my Lamar classmates at DHS Class of 1957 reunions over the years,miss you all.
Growing up in Denison I worked with my Mother at Denison Cotton Mill. From June 57 to 58 Den-Mat factory to earn money for college.

called to serve US Army from 1961-1963 in Munich,Germany. Returned to Denison Den-Mat Mattress form 1964-1966 where and then got job with General Dynamics as tool and die maker trainee. Worked there nearly five years. Graduated UTA with BBA in 1974 before getting job with Texas Employment Commission as interviewer for 24 years. Life goes by fast sometimes I wish I coulld step back in time knowing what I have learned now pain is a harsh teacher.
