I am open too new experiences such as Yoga - I found that its a real physical relaxer. Trying new things is fasanating!
I relax by Yoga class, or working with my live aquariums. I walk to and from work for exercise but have found this to be a good way to wind down after work or get my head together and blood pumping before work.

If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have coffee, umbrella, and be rested to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
My Dad is my hero. He worked hard all his work life to provide for his family. He never said no when I needed help.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Bev Labno, because she is a freind.
