I remember being in Mrs. Pullum's combination 5th/6th grade class (19 members) at John Paul Jones Elementary school at Sanley Point in the Philippines. Worked as a teacher's aide in the Southwestern College Astronomy Department under Dick Morasso 1966 to 1967 earning $1.50 an hour. Worked at Sears in Chula Vista 1967 to 1974. Was a Reserve Police Officer with the Chula Vista Police Department (1970-1974) until I joined the San Diego Police Department earning $1,005 a month. Retired from San Diego Police Department in Jume, 2009 after 35 years, 26 years as a Lieutenant.
