Life After graduating high school in 1961, I served 20 years in the military from which I retired in 1982. In 2005, I retired again, this time from the US Postal Service. Now I'm permanently retired, on Social Security and enjoying my leisurely life (I guess you can call me a governmental triple-dipper). But I am still active playing "Landlord" for several rental properties and doing volunteer work with the Red Cross. I've been married once and was 27 when I got married. That lasted 22 years and resulted in three children and five grandchildren. I'll probably never remarry because I'm set in my ways and doubt if anyone could ever put up with me. I currently live just outside the city limits of Huntsville, Alabama and love it here, and if I ever do move again, it will be further south near a beach or out of the country on a sunny beach. School Most of my elementary years were in Andover where I made many of my early friendships, most of whom I've had no contact with over the years. I attended RHAM my freshman and part of my junior year, spending my sophomore year in Florida. I returned to RHAM for a couple months in my junior year prior to transferring to Windham High in Willimantic where I graduated. I remember that our 8th Grade class in Andover made up a class book of which I still have a copy. I believe we had 23 girls and 7 boys in that class and our teacher was Hazel Floyd. I have always wondered what it would be like to update that book.
