After high school, earned BA (Summa Cum Laude) and MA degrees( Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy) in International Relations; Worked as an analyst for the Federal Government for 3 years; Resigned in 1976, after Carter changed the rules and made the job at the Agency impossible; Enlisted in the US Air Force and went to Officer Training School , then the USAF Security Police Academy( Honor Graduate) Worked at 92nd Security Police Squadron, Strategic Air Command, Fairchild AFB, Washington state-primary duty:security of Nuclear Weapons, secondary duty: law enforcement; went back to college part-time at local Gonzaga University...Expand for more
to earn pre-med credits to apply to med school; became certified as Emergency Medical Technician-Washington state; Entered Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine in 1980; 84-85 -Internal Medicine Intern-Wilford Hall USAF Med Center; 85-88-Radiology Resident Wilford Hall; 88-92-Radiology Resident, Nuclear Radiology Fellow and Chief Fellow-Long Island Jewish Medical Center; 92-present: Partner- Associated Radiologists of the Finger Lakes in Finger Lakes region of New York; been married to same wonderful woman for 31 years; one daughter..who is just about to graduate college. Life has been good.
