Life
I moved to the Dallas, Texas area in 1977 where I married Beverly Dorsett. We are still married and have two grown sons.

01 through July 2002. In December of 2005 I was awarded an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. During these education years I worked part-time in teaching and as a business consultant.
In 2005 I decided to run for office as the Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 26th TX Congressional District. While I did not win the campaign demonstrated that a serious campaign could be run on a limited amount of money.
After the election, I joined Barnwell and Kaye Contractors a family owned firm that specializes in residential home design and remodeling, where I run marketing and operations.
