Tim's Story
Life
Back to update with a few things about me. Although i didn't graduate with my class, some students and Lick are very precious to me as it was a very memorable time. I got married in 78 and soon after was blessed with a son who by gods will was taken 3 days later.
It was a very hard hurdle but the birth of a new daughter soon after
gave me something to buffer the pain of the loss. I had another son 9 years later. After many lessons throughout my marriage i learned no matter how hard you try to make things work you can only fail when your partner fails to add the other 110%. I relocated to Squaw Valley, ca. A small mountain town east of fresno near Nat'l parks. I'm a mountain man and love living here. I finally divorced in 1997 which was her choice. It was hard getting over 19 years and it took me down some very rough roads but i managed to make it to the other end with only a few scratches, and with god holding my hand most of the way.
When i wasn't looking a wonderful woman came into my life in 1999. I still had issues and we struggled for three years due to her
not giving up on me. We married in...Expand for more
the redwoods of Sequoia in june of 2003.A proper place for both of us as she works for the forest service and i can't seem to stay away from the mountains. We had a wonderful honeymoon spending two weeks from santa cruz to alaska and back, and enjoying every mile we traveled. We both love the outdoors
and spend most of our time in it. Having to keep a good balance of work and play i'm always working. Now i'm an electrician, webmaster, graphics designer or volunteer. I volunteer with emergency
services as a disaster comm officer and work with various amateur radio groups in disaster preparation.
I'm a grandpa too, going on 5 years and my son will be in his last year of high school. He may join the navy as he follows me in my love of computers and communications. I've grown to be a very considerate and caring person. I volunteered for 6 years for the local fire dept as an EMT and my father always told me it was a waste unless you were getting paid. What i recieved in return was much more valuable than money. You have to give to recieve.
It's 106 and my pc's overheated. Have to finish later...........
