Tim's Story

I own a home in Arizona and currently live and work in TX where I am the VP of Operations for my brothers company. Previously I was a manager of a collection agency in Phoenix AZ for almost 18 years. I coached my boys from the time that they were little in T Ball until in High school. Mainly in Baseball and Basketball. Both were very sucessfull and we even made it to state several times but never got to the big show. My mother passed in Dec of 2007 and shortly after her death my father became ill and had been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and has since passed. I bought a Vette and wow is it a blast. I feel like a kid again. LOL God Bless! My story questions and answers: I love to travel and explore new things. For those of you that are reading this I wish you peace and happiness and good health. I hope my old friends remember me as fun, someone that could make them laugh. Someone they could could on to cover there back, someone that was caring. Someone that lived life to the fullest each and every day and that could liven up a party or at least make it interesting. The wildest thing I ever did in school was have some friends hold the doors and ride my motor cycle thru the hallway. I always wanted to be a Fire Fighter when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a Great idea. As it turns out, they were wrong as they had this thing called affirmative action. Even if I was top of my class they would pick a minority that was lower in the standings to accomodate the afirmative action quota. I never got the chance.. I go for a ride on my bicycle, kyayk, go for a drive and jame out on the radio. The gym is a great place to blow off steam and hit the hot tub after. Or I go out for a nice meal wine and or drinks and then go and see a show or watch a band. My father and my dad. In case you did not know I was adopted so my dad is the one who adopted me. He was always patient, giving, forgiving and was...Expand for more
always there for me when ever I needed someone. My father was the one who had me along with my birth mother. I meet them when I was around 22 or 23 and have 4 natural brothers. He was a Chevrolet car dealer and tought me work ethic and about business. I learned more from him in the 5 years I knew him before his death than I had most of my life. Its a long story so I won't bore you. He tought me to never give up. I have lived or was born in Seattle WA and moved to Dallas in around 1974 where I attended James Bowie Elementery School,Westwood JR High and JJ pearce High School. I moved back to seattle in 1983 then Oregon later that year. I then moved to Seattle again in 1987 as worked there until 1993 with Johnson and Rountree as a Collection Manager working on insurance subrogation claims. In Jan of 1994 I moved to Arizona where I continued to work for the same company that went thru some hostile take overs and merger accusistions. I worked with Fidelity Risk Solutions then 1Fam before leaving the company in 2006 and moving to Austin,TX to work for my brother. I love UT Football, The Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks. I don't watch much TV as I am too busy for it. But I did watch the Bachlor and Bachelorette a few times. My biggest suprise is how much I have changed for the better and how proud I am to have three beautiful kids that are really the best a parent could hope for. My current age is 49. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be boring and pretty much done with life. I was so completely wrong as life is just begining. I still act and feel like a kid from time to time. Never grow up. My first job was at Spring Valley Country Club, where I got paid $2.65 an hour to wash dishes and bus tables. What I remember most about it is how hard the work was for such little pay. But it was a job and when you are 13 and able to get a real job payig you money to work part time, it is all alright..
