Tim's Story

I attended Monadnock through the 11th grade (1977-78) and would have graduated with my classmates here in 1979. My family moved to the southwest between the 11th and 12th grades so I graduated from high school in Arizona in 1979. Since many of my high school friends graduated from Monadnock in 1979 I am here as an "unofficial" graduate in your class. Some of you may remember me. be glad to know that I majored in History in college, am still using my Latin and am married to a musician (our children also being musically inclined.) When I first moved to New Hampshire in 1971 I remember that I did not fit in without the accent. Within a year I picked it up. When we moved away to New Mexico in the summer of 1978 one of my high school buddies asked me if I needed a visa. I have lived many places since high school and am currently settled in the midwest. As tumultous as teenage years are I remember New Hampshire and my time at Monadnock and the teachers and friends I made there with good memories.
