Life
Was in USA 1972-1974. Left for boarding school in UK at age 11. At 18 joined the British Army and served for 23 years reaching the rank of Major. Now working as Managing Director of a Private Security Company having spent 7 previous years in Iraq and 5 in Afghanistan. Remember Carole Austin and her twin sister Kathy. Roberto, and the sock hops. Played trumpet in the band, and American Football for the Hatboro Horsham Hawks 65 pound A team; helped me with my Rugby! Still remember odd words like sneakers, hoaggies and neat. Loved peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch! Now married for 23 years with 3 lovely boys aged 26 23 and 16. Still remember the "Pledge Allegiance," not bad for a Limey!!
