Timothy's Story
Hi Everyone,
I graduated High school a half year early to join the U.S. Navy. I started off at bottom of the enlisted ranks, 12 years later I was almost at the top. At the 14 year point of my Navy career, I was selected to be a commisioned officer. I retired at 24 years as a Lieutenant. I was assigned my first shore duty at 6 years in; I earned a Bachelor's of Science degree at night while teaching radars during the day. ed a Master's degree while teaching advanced combat systems outside Washington D.C. LaurieAnne (my only child) was born about this time.
I retired from the Navy in 1998. Now I work for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART).
Married twice. Carol - my first wife - broke up with me in 2002. She remarried last month; wish them all the best. We get along great now that we don't live together; strange I know.
I remarried in 2004 and my second wife died in Jun of 2006 of heart complications.
Guess this will get us started for now.
