Timothy's Story

Life Hey Everyone, I hope you’re all happy and life has been good. As for myself I can’t complain. Most of you probably don’t remember me. I seemed to be quiet and distant back then. I was just sitting back looking for my place in the world. No wait. I’m still looking for my place in the world. Man, that sucks. But any way after high school I joined the military. Go Army. I loved it. I was stationed at Fort Bliss, TX. Life was great. Had lots of friends, partied a lot, learned new things everyday and made hardly any money at all. Kind of like going to college but, instead of going to class I went to the range and shot my M16 at stuff. I had no worries. Then I met this girl and everything changed. We got married and had 2 beautiful children. First to come was Sissy, as I affectionately call her, a true daddy’s girl. She always just looks at me with those big pretty eyes and says, please daddy. And I’m a sucker every time. Why do I always fall for that? Then came my boy, I call him T-Bone. He is one of the coolest kids you’ll ever meet. At lest that is what everyone says. He must be doing something right because everywhere he goes there is always a crowd of girls following him around. I’ve seen grown women hit on him. Anyway after a couple of years in the army things were going good. Then my wife told me she hated the army. So I did what every respectable husband does. I followed my wife’s orders and I got out. Why is it that a pretty girl can get you to do things that you don't want? Huh. After that I worked different jobs looking for something I liked for a couple of years. Then decided to go back to school. Truck driving school. Yah. I also went to school for carpentry and the National Institute of Technol...Expand for more
ogy to be come an IT Tech. I love computers by the way. And after all that I’m still driving a truck. You maybe wondering why? That’s easy, MONEY. It pays well. MY wife and I went through some rocky times at first; we even divorced about 15 years ago for about a month and married again. We’ve been married for 18 yrs and going strong. Minus that one month. About 8 yrs ago we added on to your family by adopting a miniature pug named Esperanza Fresa Translated Hope Strawberry. She hates to be petted. She’s weird. But I love her anyway. Resently I gave my little daddy's girl away. She married a nice young man from Iowa. Who is be come another great addition to my family. One more to go. I sure do miss her though. When they go thru the terrible teens you can't wait for them to go. But, after their gone the house seems so much emptier. My children are my life I adore them. They are my legacy. well if i think of anything else i'll add on. see y'all School For Truck Driving School I went to American Career Tech in Fort Worth, Tx. For Carpentery I went school thru the union. I was a union carpenter for 6 years here in kalamazoo. College I don't know if it is considered a college or not but I went to the National Institute of Technology where I learned network administration or as we would call ourself computer geeks or IT Techs. Anyway we could hook a bunch of computers up and talk to each other. Cool huh. Kind of like a little version of the internet. Workplace I work for a trucking company out of Marshall, MI. I drive to Chicago,IL and back Every Night. Monday thru Friday. Very boring. Its not just a job it's a paycheck. Yah. Military I was in the U.S. Army. Loved it. But it is not for everyone.
