Won a very big political election this week that involved 15,000 individuals. Not sure where I'm going to set my sights for the next campaign but I always seem to have somewhere out west on my mind.

ok, went solo to "The tasting room" at the uptown area in Houston. Nickel and Nickel. Great atmosphere, live music, and great tasting.

Bored in a hotel room across from the galleria in Houston. Maybe i'll go to a ballgame tonight. Been in Houston for a couple months now working the politics for an election. Sometimes it gets old being on the road 24/7 but it's what I do.

Youngest of 3 is graduated! Feel really blessed since he had a wicked cancer that took a toll on him for 5 years. He's doing great now. At any rate, I'm looking forward to the summer and spending as much time as possible at or around Florida beaches.

Haven't been home at my apartment in Chicago for the past 45 days but everywhre from San Fran to Miami. Shold be back in Chitown for my youngest child's graduation the first week of June. Spending time this week campaigning in Cleveland all week. Will have the opportunity to go to two indian games. Today, I was able to go to the Indians ballpark for the first time. We won and beat the Sox 7-1. The field was alot nicer than Municipal Stadium. Staying at playhouse square area and just went to a great restaurant called John Q on the tower square.
March 2011 Update
So I have a new place for my favorite taco of all time. Whiskey Bob's in Clearwater. It's a blackened fish taco and it is incredible! Have been on the road and up in the air the entire year. Missed all of the Chcago snow and only been home a few days.

November update
Spent some time thru Howland this month as I had some work to do in Cleveland. Just missed going to the Tiger game at Lake Catholic. And looking forward to seeing the Tigers play next year. Spending most time in Houston and Denver this month working on the United/Continental merger. I love Denver and have a soft spot for it.

I posted a few pics. Basically, a few more wrinkles and ever expanding love handles, but hey it's me! Spent last week in Savannah and went solo at the Dueling Piano's. Had a blast.

So anyways, I hear those Howland Tigers are kicking butt this year!
My two sons are really getting huge lifting weights. Both are doing awesome. My daughter is the studious one and stays at home while she is studying for her college classes. Thanks for stopping by! God bless you and your family.
August 31, 2010. Thanks for visiting my bio. I suppose if you are slightly enough interested in visiting then it's probably quite rude of me not to update. Therefore, I'll put some new pics on here after September. I have plenty to do in September so I'll bring my camera around with me wherever I go and take some pics. I joined facebook so I suppose the pics will be quite useful there as well.
I also have a skype account and love video calling folks I know and haven't seen in a while. Hint! It's easy if you try.
My brother Chuck is in South Korea and we video chat often, best part is it is free!
My children are all older now and I'm plenty proud of them. Youngest is finishing High School and is contemplating which college he will go to.
At any rate, I pray for the health of our beloved class of '81.

2009 has been very good to me. Blessed by selling my house and getting a fantastic new job as a Director in a Major Labor organization. Most of my time is spent in Denver, but I often have business in Las Vegas, Atlanta, and my personal fav, Savannah.
Personally, I try to stay in shape but the ole knees aren't what they used to be, and all the extra weight goes right to the midsection [yikes!]. Looking forward to spending some time with '81 grads at our class reunion in a couple years.
Children are older now, and I'm enjoying the 40's.
2010 tops 2009! Had a blast catching up with several previous classmates in Howland, Chicago, and down south.
But the most rewarding thing of 2010 was my oldest son leading someone to the Lord! How awesome is that!
My job is awesome. I'm splitting my time this year mostly in Chicago, Hotlanta, Savannah, and South Florida. I'm a Director for a major labor union and I have the privilege of serving thousands of workers in the name of Justice.
I'm also on facebook now, timnelson63 at yahoo dot com. I still have to update it and put some pics on there along with a story. I'm not a facebook person but I hope to at least be able to figure it out by July.
Pray for Chuck in his new job overseas. Yep, Chuck overseas, imagine that! Will miss our talks.
