Tim is from Plainville, Massachusetts. He is married with Vicki Ronan. His schools include St. Marks High School. He later attended Loyola Marymount University (Philosophy, Political Science) and Georgetown University Law Center. He works at Ronan & Tagart, PLC. Son played D-1 Baseball at LaSalle U. and daughter is playing D-II Volleyball at Mercy College in NY.
