Timothy's Story
Life
I am married with two children. My wife and I are celebrating our 10 anniversary later this month, November 2007. Our daughter is 8 and our son is 3. We are currently living in San Angelo, Texas. We are active in our church, Angelo Bible Church, and in its AWANA program. I am stationed as an instructor here at Goodfellow Air Force Base. I am still in the US Army, but teach in a multi-service school for cryptologic linguists. Don't know what that is? That's OK. Most people don't. Suffice it to say, that being a military linguist is an interesting career. For further details on my military service, see the military section of my bio.
God bless you all.
College
After graduation from TCA, I attended IBC for two years and two months. I have since finished an AS degree through the Community College of the Air Force and a BA through American Military University. I am now, as of November 2007, applying to a Masters Degree program at a military institution in the DC area.

fessional painter, I decided to make a career change. I enlisted into the US Army in the fall of 1994 and shipped out to Basic Combat Training in January of 1995. I attended BCT at Fort Leonardwood Missouri. As a linguist, I have been trained in Russian and in Serbian-Croatian at two different military language schools. I have served in Hawaii, England, Colorado Springs, San Antonio, and San Angelo. My military service has also allowed me travel in Scotland, England, Belgium, Holland, France, Luxembourg, Germany, and Croatia. I have been in the Army for almost 13 years and will be serving until retirement. I am currently an E7, also known as a Sergeant First Class, for those of you who are familiar with enlisted rank. For those of you who are not, there are 9 grades of enlisted rank with 1 being the lowest and 9 being the highest. Grades 7-9 are considered the senior grades. I have greatly enjoyed my military service so far and look forward to retirement so that I can return to the Seminary training which I have placed on hold until retirement from the Army.
