te wasn't exactly assigned to my room. He was one of my roommate's many boyfriends. I remember the first time I met him. I came in VERY late from a catering job to find this guy sitting at her desk doing homework. His dorm was sponsoring a campus party and he needed a quiet place to study, so my roomie - who was having fun at the party - gave him her key. He didn't seem to get the hint that he should leave when I said I was getting ready to go to bed, and when I told him to leave, he actually stuck his fingers in his ears and started humming! Not exactly a good first impression.
