My degree is in Social Services & I presently manage a unit of adolescent girls in a psychiatric treatment facility & supervise about 23 staff. I was managing two additional groups but there have been a lot of changes in the way the state funds them, so the facility made the decision to shut down my other groups. We were all disappointed.
