Life
Back in Savannah, I am currently a supervisor at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, which is the first appellate division of the Social Security Administration. Married for over 30 years, my husband George and I have two children, Beth who is married and resides in Griffin, GA, and George III who recently got his MBA and relocated to Milwaukee, WI. No grandchildren yet... It doesn't seem possible that the last day of high school was 37 years ago and that those of us lucky enough to have survived are now app...Expand for more
roaching our "golden years" - now, there's a disgusting term. My ties to Warner Robins are only memories; my parents, now deceased, moved away from WR in 1975, so there has been little reason to return. When I have driven through, the changes have been mind boggling - progress - it can't be stopped.
Time marches on...as of 9/3/07, I'm a lady of leisure. I retired from federal service, but don't plan to occupy a rocking chair forever more. Think I'll give myself until the new year then actively seek employment - wish me luck.
