Life I'm happily, blissfully married to another Alhambra grad; my first sweetie, my first kiss. He was even my first movie date at the old State Theater. He took me to school on my first day at Alhambra. He graduated in 68. We've been back together since June of 2001. We are running the appraisal office and taking care of the rental properties, from Antioch, CA to Antioch, TN. There are several in between. Dennis Gill is a full time job. I have one child, Brooke, a recent mortgage company debacle refugee, but count my son-in-law, David Vance, a firefighter with East Bay Regional Parks, as my kid too. They have produced two of the brightest lights of my life, Noelle Ashlee, 13 (eighth grader at St. Catherine's) and Sean Austin, 8, a December born 3nd grader. They spend a lot of time scaring heck out of "G-Ma T" on their dirtbikes! I spent 18 years in the Pinole-El Sobrante area while raising my daughter, but she married a Martinez boy and is raising her children there. I'm so glad. It's a great place for that. I live in Oakley with my sweetie, and have become quite the farmer - plums, apricots, tomatoes, lemons, limes, avocados, tons o' basil, sage, oregano, rosemary, thyme and even a few grapevines. 12 to be exact.
