Todd Callahan:  

I left Alaska in 1985 to go to college in Northern California. I bartended my way through school. I got a job, purchased a house and started a family. I also got involved in competitive skiing and mountain biking in Lake Tahoe, CA and I Started a Mt. Bike team with a buddy in 1999. I currently race, coach and mentor student athletes. I also do some motivational speaking to schools and student groups. In my spare time I have been writing a series of childrens books about growing up in Alaska for my daughter Brook she is almost 4 years old. Most of the stories come from watching my younger sister Sarah grow up in Bethel. I also have been writing a screen play about my experiecne working in a french restaurant while I was going to school in the San Francisco Bay Area.
