Todd's Story
Life
After Mcgavock I went to Tennessee Tech then Vol State and ended up graduating from MTSU with a Biology degree. I went to work for the TN Department of Environment and Conservation in 1991 and I am still there. I am a professional botanist.
School

College
I ended up at MTSU. I wish I had gone there right out of high school. It was the best fit and there are some great people there. When I wasn't in class I was usually at work.
Workplace
In the spring of 2006 I became the new state botanist. I find and monitor rare plants. I used to do that on the weekends for fun and now I get paid for it.
