Tohnie's Story
Well, my name is Tohnie. I was born in Hope, Arkansas and have pretty much spent my whole life here. I attended Edith Brown Elementary, then Beryl Henry, and Yerger Junior high until I was in 9th grade. I moved to Prescott Arkansas and graduated from there in 1997. I met my first real boyfriend there when I was 16 (a Yankee). It was ok until we got married in Oct of 1998. Then everything changed. (I mean literally changed into a different person the day, the exact day we got married. I should have known when he took his best-friend on our honeymoon with us.) I married one person and got two personalities so all in all it sucked. I could never reach the level he had placed his friends over me so it was a no win situation. We lived in NC while he was in the military. It was a very miserable learning experience for me.
We separated in Feb of 01 and I moved back home. Since I have been back I have worked several places and got my certificate in 2003 as a Professional Tax Preparer. Currently I work as a Personal Accountant for my parents and am a full time student trying to get my degree in GSP, Game Simulation and Programming. It's only a few credits from a Biomedical Technology Degree and I have been seriously thinking abo...Expand for more
ut it instead of making video games. It would be cool, to make bionic limbs for soldiers and civilians that really need it. If I choose GSP then I am well on my way to LA, or Japan. But if I head into the Biomedical field I would get to stay here in the U.S. probably around Virginia or Washington D.C. It's a tough decision even though I would love to get the hell out of the country and see something new for once. Instead of this same old crap and noise. (If all else fails I'll just do web-design) On a lighter note, I have been doing some genealogical research into my family and have been learning a great deal. Like my family on my mom's side has been here since at least the late 1700's. I'm not sure how far back exactly since most of the people on my mom's side are Native American. Also I have a lot of family here from my dad's side. Apparently most of my heritage comes from Old Washington and Columbus Arkansas. My dad's great-grandpa Fred Hinchcliff was a English man that came over with his mom and dad when he was 15 around 1860. It has been kind of hard looking these people up but it has opened my eyes to how deep my heritage really runs around here. Want to find me and talk then hit me up at myspace my url is t03261979
