Tom's Story
I have a blog that I post to somewhat regularly, tombilcze dot com and am an active Facebook user. I currently live outside of Tallmadge and Mogadore in Brimfield Township. I've lived here for about 20 years. I am married to my husband Brett. Brett and I have been together for 26 years and were married in September 2009 in Provincetown, MA.
I work at Westfield Group in Westfield Center, Ohio. I worked at Goodyear for 18 months prior to this position. Before that, I spent 13 years working at Roadway in several of their operating companies. I work in a pretty technical IT job. years that I was in consulting prior to going to work at Roadway.
Health wise, I had a very mild heart attack in October 2005. That led to a triple bypass and a lot of changes in my life. In the summer of 2008 I had weight loss surgery. As of October 2010.
After weight loss I became a pretty active person exercising daily and cycling quite a bit. I am an officer in a local cycling club and secretary for Summit Cycling, an urban bicycle cooperative. During the summer of 2011, I cycled from Pittsburgh to Washington D.C. with my best cycling buddy Chuck. We actively blogged at crossingmountains.com where you can read about our journey.
