Tom's Story
I wanted to let all former choir members from our time that Carol Reddick (Sollenberger later in life) passed away this past Sunday February 15,2015. I remained in contact and was close to Carol after my Denby days and came to respect and love her even more than when I was in school.
If you do not recall her, she was the accompanist for the choir under Gordon Nelson and several of the ensemble groups as well and a part of the humanities faculty.
She was a great lady and an amazing pianist.

To friends of Tom Byrd, Denby High School Class of 1967 - this is Tom's friend and long-time partner Betsy. I am sad to inform you that Tom passed away November 18th at his home in Knoxville, TN, shortly after his retirement there. I am grateful to have been with him when he passed. Tom was a fine man who was loved and respected by many, and is greatly missed by all of us.
I hope this finds you well and enjoying life. As Tom was wont to say "you gotta dig it while it's happenin' to ya."
