Tom's Story
Life
Hey fellow pirates. You guys probably remeber me as Tom Maughan. Moved to San Francisco, in 1996. Now live in Oakland CA, and work as an electrician in downtown San Francisco. I sometimes miss the slow pace of portage county, but i love every minute out here. I live w/ a longtime girlfriend Christina, no kids, but 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a bevy of other fish and reptiles. A few hobbies as well, lots of hiking, race a honda civic in a grassroots racing circuit here in the bay area. Plenty keepin me busy.
Workplace

ishment. New high rise building construction is my specialty. I've worked on a few newer bldg.'s here in San Francisco, as well as the recent Pac Bell Park, now AT&T ballpark,(silly corporate sponserships). The job can make for some rough, and occasionally long days. The sense of pride though when you help get a building from a hole in the ground to the elevator motors on the roof is pretty rewarding, cant think of many things i'd rather be doing, cept maybe to race cars for a living. In the meantime though, I'm happy w/ the job feeding the hobby.
