Life
Living in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia now. Please send email when you can. I miss Elmira and the finger lakes area.
10.19.08 Looking forward to retirement soon and visiting New York more frequently as well as Montana where one son is living. Perhaps we will find a t-rex together.
10.22.08 Trying to learn my way around this website after a rough day at work. Very nice to see a new message from someone I never knew but we have a mutual friend. Fall is here in the Shenandoah valley and firewood is all stacked for a cold winter.
10.24.08 Tonight I found Jim Fairbrother's website for Southside High and all of the yearbook pictures. I haven't seen Kathy since then and had to post a picture. I still miss her. Maybe a reader will know where she has gone.
10.25.08 Off to work on a Saturday. The steel business doesn't give you much time to play. The market is slowing down and this winter could see us enter lean times.

er, Va. Cool air is welcome and leaves are almost in full color, but no comparison to colors in Elmira.

I need an updated "now" picture but Shrek is a very close likeness for now.

11.2.08 Still no luck finding Kathy. I wonder if she works for a realtor. I keep "googling" and find a Kathy Clark but I don't know if she married?
11.6.08 Very happy to see two friends from our old neighborhood sign my guestbook this week. Hopefully we can catch up on days gone by.
11.13.08 My profile page locks up on our home computer using VISTA. Until I can fix the problem I'm out of luck on further updates.
11.15.08 You have to allow a few cookies to run to load the profile page. I'll never understand these contraptions.
11.16.08 Spent nearly the entire weekend in the office. Took one week off for vacation in October and I'm still trying to catch up. I even passed up deer hunting Saturday. I must be losing it.
